Fresh content that I mean here is not fresh content that is generally known to SEO practitioners (there are always articles every day or every week). Fresh content here means that the content has nothing in common with pre-existing content.

That is, the content is not fresh, because when people read, it will mutter silently “ah, the contents are just as rich as the previous blog”.
